Clearwater Uncorked Food & Wine Event: February 8-9, 2014

Coming up soon is one of my very favorite area food and wine fests -- and no, it's not because the event name is similar to the name of my blog. Clearwater Beach Uncorked is coming back to the Hyatt Clearwater February 8-9, 2014.
Enjoy the pre-Valentine’s Day buzz on February 8 and 9 for two deliciously decadent days, as Clearwater Beach is transformed into an epicurean oasis for food, wine, spirits and craft beer fans and connoisseurs.

As you meander under the enormous Grand Tasting Tent sipping wines and craft beers you'll sample mouthwatering Florida Gulf seafood exquisitely prepared by Chef Richard Preston and his team from Shor American Seafood Grill, located at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa. Treat your taste buds to the brilliant culinary offerings from Caretta on the Gulf and the Hyatt Regency Rocky Point Oystercatcher’s.  
You'll be dazzled as featured chefs whisk and wow you from the Publix Aprons Cooking Stage. Guest Chefs include Publix Aprons Chefs Jim Hendry and Daniel Schubert , Lindt Master Chocolatier Ann Czaja, Duncan Hines Corporate Chef Joe DiPaola, and Buitoni Corporate Chef Forrest Waldo II. The event has also expanded and will be adding a second Decadent Dessert Tent. I know I will be stopping in here this year, for sure! The last time this event took place was November 2012 and here is my recap.  It sounds like this year promises to be bigger and better than before!
